Depending on the climate and humidity variations in your area, our cushion rubber typically lasts between 10-15 years through normal use before it becomes hard, at which point, it should be replaced. When the cushion rubber becomes hard, please contact us as we’ll issue free replacement cushion rubber with proof of original purchase. Additionally, we can connect you to an installer whom can help replace the cushion rubber for you.

This is an American Heritage Billiards Heirloom Series Table. American Heritage Billiards warrants the components/parts of your Pool Table to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner, as follows:
- Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails and Blinds: Warranted against splitting, cracking or warping.
- Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation, dry rot, or hardening. American Heritage Billiards, or any of its authorized service dealers, will provide you parts required to repair or, at American Heritage Billiards’ sole option, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of American Heritage Billiards, to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.
- Warranty does not include re-leveling of the table after the successful initial installation

Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time)
We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.
If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $89
You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.
Front Door/Garage Delivery: $174
The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside.
Inside Delivery (Room of Choice): $499+
With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.
White Glove Delivery: $800+

Schedule Delivery Date

If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. You must write either “damage” or “Possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing & accepting delivery. - Do NOT Throw Box Away until you’re 100% confident no damage is present.

Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?

The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:
In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.
Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide Californians with a clear and reasonable warning about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.
What this means to you:
While the proposition was created to protect drinking water sources from chemical contamination, the scope of the law has expanded over the years. It now includes over 900 chemicals and also pertains to (but is not limited to) exposure through touch, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact.

Delivery
Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT)
You must write either “damage” or “Possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing & accepting delivery. If this or any of the steps below are missed, you will no longer have any recourse for replacement or refunds. (No exceptions). Please follow the exact instructions in this policy for your protection:
- Confirm the number of boxes listed on the delivery receipt matches the number delivered and all are free damage
- Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.
- Take 2+ images of all concerns (box and item) prior to accepting/refusing delivery
- Do NOT Throw Box Away until you’re 100% confident no damage is present.
- Do NOT dispose of the damage item until we advise you may do so.
- Report any damage with images to support@gameroomshop.com ASAP, within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?
- ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.
Boxes in with minor visible damage?
- ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "damage” in addition to any specific holes, tears, dents or concerns before signing.
- Note: If damage is minor, we may send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.
Boxes severely damage?
- REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.
- Note: If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, cancellation fees.
Cancellations & Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
- You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

You have up to 90 days after purchase to submit a price-match request.
We only price match identical models from authorized U.S. e-commerce dealers who follow dealer minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies. After receiving your price-match request, we may verify product availability and the price of the competitor before issuing you a match or refund.
Specifically, the competitor’s product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty and model number and contain the same components as the product on Game Room Shop. The competitor's product must be both brand new and in stock. The product must be from a manufacture who has a MAP policy in place.
We will not match pricing from brick-and-mortar stores, auction or liquidation sites (such as eBay/Overstock/Wayfair), private sellers, or member-only websites (including but not limited to: Costco, Sam’s Club, BJs, etc).
We will not match temporary pricing errors, clearance, closeout sales, promotions, or coupons.
Our lowest-price guarantee applies to the total cost to purchase and deliver the item, including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees.

California Proposition 65 Warning
The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:
In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.
Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide Californians with a clear and reasonable warning about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.
What this means to you:
While the proposition was created to protect drinking water sources from chemical contamination, the scope of the law has expanded over the years. It now includes over 900 chemicals and also pertains to (but is not limited to) exposure through touch, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact.
The Proposition 65 warning can now be found on products that may contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant. This includes vinyl, coatings, plastics, and much more. Many of the elements listed under Proposition 65 are common additives found in everyday items.
Because of the vast array of products that might contain one of the chemicals or ingredients on the list, we must include Proposition 65 warnings in our communications with you. We are required to use exact wording as specified by the state of California. While the warning sounds alarming, the purpose is to notify you of the potential risk so that you can make an informed buying decision.
FAQ’s:
Why are all products labeled instead of only those that are sold in California?
Our products are distributed nationwide. It would be very difficult to determine which products will ultimately be bought, sold, or brought into California. Therefore, to ensure that we are in compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we are including the warning in all of our products.
Why don’t all distributors provide warnings on their products?
Game Room Shop complies with all federal and state regulations regarding toxic chemicals and heavy metals. And while we cannot control what our competitors do, we can make sure that our products comply with the requirements of Proposition 65 so our customers can make an informed buying decision.
