      Most large items and game room tables – including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, bubble hockey, and poker tables – ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damage.

      By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility.       Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time) 

      We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

      If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

      *Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

      Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $129 per shipment

      You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

      Front Door/Garage Delivery: $227 per shipment

      The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

      Inside Delivery (Room of Choice): Price varies per product

      With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

      White Glove Delivery: Price varies per product

      In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

      Schedule Delivery Date

      As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.

If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

      Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

      The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window.

      What to Do When Your Item Is Delivered

      3. Order Accuracy: Make sure the item received is the exact item you ordered and that all parts are included.

      Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Open the package & inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.

      Delivery Scenarios & Actions To Take

      1. Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?
        ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.

      2. Boxes in with visible damage?
        If the product itself appears to be ok (or if minor damage can be repaired or just needs a replacement part)...ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "Damage," and note any specific holes, tears, dents, or concerns before signing.
        If the product itself appears damaged beyond repair or replacement part(s)...REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.

      3. Boxes & product severely damage?
        Open the boxes & inspect the product. Take pictures as evidence.
        REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.

      CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

      Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production.
       
      Before shipment: You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from either time of purchase or the original lead time notice e-mail from us, if applicable. (Note: Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on production and vendor’s discretion). After 48 hours, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item to avoid this 3% fee. 
       
      After shipment: You will receive a refund for the price of your order (minus cancellation fees) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary. 
       
      You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Game Room Shop – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
      You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees). You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
      You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:

      The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:

      In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.

          CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

          Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production.
           
          Before shipment: You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from either time of purchase or the original lead time notice e-mail from us, if applicable. (Note: Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on production and vendor’s discretion). After 48 hours, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item to avoid this 3% fee. 
           
          After shipment: You will receive a refund for the price of your order (minus cancellation fees) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary. 
           
          You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Game Room Shop – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
          You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees). You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
          You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:
          • The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
          • You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
          • You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

          Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued, (minus cancellation fees).

          California Proposition 65 Warning
          The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:

          In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.

          Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

          Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide Californians with a clear and reasonable warning about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

          The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.

          What this means to you:
          While the proposition was created to protect drinking water sources from chemical contamination, the scope of the law has expanded over the years. It now includes over 900 chemicals and also pertains to (but is not limited to) exposure through touch, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact.

          The Proposition 65 warning can now be found on products that may contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant. This includes vinyl, coatings, plastics, and much more. Many of the elements listed under Proposition 65 are common additives found in everyday items.

          Because of the vast array of products that might contain one of the chemicals or ingredients on the list, we must include Proposition 65 warnings in our communications with you. We are required to use exact wording as specified by the state of California.           Game On!

          Although this is quite new, my initial review has to be a 5-Star. The whole process, order through delivery and assembly went very well.The table has great action. The pucks really move, so don't leave a finger in way. The table came with a red puck, which is easy to see on the ice-blue table, and all play has been enjoyable. There aren't any flashy lights or music, which is OK for me. I was surprised with how loud the game is - from the sound of the table (blower and air) to the sound of the puck slapping back and forth. I don't think it's unreasonable - but normally these are in arcades and you don't hear them over the other noise. And when you hear the solid "thwack" when you sink a shot, well, it's worth it.The electronic scoring unit provides different game options, from timed matches to matches based on score (e.g. play to 7.)So far the table has worked well. As it's new, I can't say anything about longevity, but the construction looks excellent, and feels solid.The table is heavy and big, but two people can move it easily using furniture dollies. As shipped, the pallet seems as heavy as the table, and it was shipped as others have said with two little pyramids on top to remind the shipping folks not to stack anything on top. The assembly itself I consider easy, but I used the assembly service only to help flip the table after attaching the legs, due to weight.My table arrived in excellent condition. The seller, shipper and the additional assembly service worked out exactly as planned and desired.Now - time for fun.

          Table is well built, but scoring module does not work

          Score unit keeps registering a false goal incrementally over time to one side. I can't find any obstruction in the prox sensor in the goal and it stills works if a real goal is scored. Scoring module is of noticeably lesser quality than the table (cheap Chinese crap with cheap feeling buttons). Table design and construction is otherwise high quality.

          Superior workmanship and attention to detail !!!

          The Home Pro Elite air hockey table is a good investment for the consumer looking for a sturdy product, with more of a focus on quality, and not so much on fancy lights and graphics.Assembly will require at least two people. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The only flaw, but not a show stopper, is the sensor that sends a signal to the score board after a goal is scored. At times it may not register, so the players will just retrieve the puck and send it back inside of the puck slot in order to activate the sensor. Other than that, the table quality is hard to match. I would recommend this brand to anyone in the market for an air hockey table that will not fall apart from normal use.

          Great table. Solid

          Great table. Solid, and basic without silly frills, but has everything a serious player wants. Noise is just fine: you can't have this sort of air flow for tournament play without adequate fans. I researched the alternatives and believe this is a great value. Don't buy the cheaper versions if you can afford this one, as they won't stand up like this beast.

          Stout and sturdy table, and excellent game play

          We considered lower-cost tables, but read many reviews of wobbly legs, cheap construction, and pucks flying off the table. So we opted for this more expensive option, and are very happy with it. It came well-packaged, and we got good advice to examine the box completely before accepting delivery in case there was damage that could be attributed to the shipper. And despite our best efforts, we still missed a gouge out of the box from shipping, but it luckily didn't affect the table -- but beware hidden shipping damage!The table itself is fairly plain-looking compared to others. No LED lighting or bright colors. The scoreboard has LEDs and sounds,but this is pretty unobtrusive. The legs of the elite version are VERY stout, and look like they will hold up to many years of aggressive play, with careless teenagers and adults leaning heavily on the sides. Game play is excellent, with consistent puck movement, wall bounces, and entry in the goals. Watch your fingers when playing this table, as the puck can go fast and hard!The only problem we've had is the scoreboard doesn't score consistently. There's a little short-circuit on the telephone-style connector at the score counter than double-counts goals or non-existent goals when the table or side is bumped. I've been meaning to get this addressed, but haven't yet. We just turned it off and count out loud. A little old-school, but it works fine. Overall, though, we're very happy with it and it should serve us for many years to come!

            Home Pro - Base model. Legs have 3 ½ x 3 ½ bolting in the side of the apron.

            Home Pro Elite/Arcade - Taller/thicker/heavier/sturdier. Legs have 4 ½ x 5 ½ and bolt into leg pad under the table.

            The only difference between the Home Pro Elite and the Home Pro Elite Arcade is aesthetics. (The arcade model comes with flame graphics.)

            The playfield, motor, scoring, and sensors are the same on all 3 models.
