Warranty Details:

  • Warranty Period: One (1) year from delivery date for normal use only
  • What the Warranty Covers: Replacement of defective or malfunctioning component parts
  • Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Malfunctions, defects, or failures due to alterations, improper or negligent use/abuse, rental use, or use not in accordance with the Instruction Guide
    • Attempted repairs/tampering voids the warranty
    • No refund of purchase price
  • Commercial Use: Covered for One (1) year Warranty Period only to the extent that malfunctions, defects, or failures are not due to alterations, improper or negligent use/abuse, or use not in accordance with Instruction Guide, or normal commercial wear and tear.
  • Further Limitations:
    • No liability for consequential or incidental damages
    • Valid planned maintenance schedule and daily checks in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation required
    • Service and maintenance records may be requested by Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC.
