For your safety and security, every order is subject to instant fraud protection. Changing your address after purchase is a major red flag for fraud-guard systems. To prevent false fraud alerts, you cannot change the shipping address on an existing order. To change the address, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address. You can expedite shipping on non-freight goods for an additional fee. With this upgrade, you may receive your order within two business days.
However, heavy items are required to ship via freight. We cannot expedite that process. Freight shipments take approximately 5-7 days for delivery – again, depending on your location. Remember… this is an estimate. Exact delivery times vary based on how far your delivery address is from the manufacturer warehouse.
The only way to guarantee freight delivery dates is to pay for Express Freight service. We can provide that option if necessary, but please note that this extra shipping charge may cost more than the game table itself.
We pride ourselves on our unparalleled customer service. Part of that is ensuring you receive your order as soon as possible. We ship directly from the manufacturer to cut down on your shipping time. But there are unavoidable logistical limitations when it comes to freight delivery.
The 18-wheeler freight trucks that ship game tables and other large items make frequent stops across the country, which slows delivery time. Shipping estimates also account for inclement weather, traffic accidents, and other incidents.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible to prevent damage and ensure your satisfaction. As such, standard, 5-7 day shipping is typically free on most items in the contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. It may also exclude coast-to-coast shipping and some locations with restricted access that shipping companies deem too remote or difficult to get to – like islands, high-traffic metro areas, hotels, rural areas, etc.

No. Every item we sell is new, in the package, and direct from the manufacturer.
Yes. Some of our products – especially new releases – arrive in very limited quantities. We will gladly help you place a backorder and ship the item out to you as soon as it is in stock.
Because of their design, Imperial Pool Tables require professional installation. To function as intended, the tables and their components must be leveled, fused together, and then covered upon delivery.
Also, since damage during transit is a concern with large items, Imperial only delivers via professional installers in the U.S.
There is no charge for shipping an Imperial Pool Table to your location anywhere in the contiguous United States. The professional White Glove Service to install the table at the delivery address costs $995. (Imperial reserves the right to apply a higher installation fee if you live in a remote region or the delivery location within your home is particularly challenging. Please let us know in advance if this applies to you.)
Upon delivery, the installer unloads your pool table from the truck, brings it to your game room, sets up the item safely and professionally, and cleans up boxes, bags, and any other debris before leaving.
If another online retailer promises you an Imperial delivery with no mandatory installation fee, you can assume Imperial will reject the order and notify the retailer of their error. Our competitors may use this method to make sales. But it causes inconvenience and frustration for the customer in the end. Our main goal is your satisfaction, so we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect upfront.
Curbside delivery is the standard delivery method for all heavy freight goods across all retailers. It is our default as well. For some of the larger items we sell, the 18-wheelers cannot pull into your driveway or up to your front door. The driver will park on the road in front of your delivery address, open his truck, and allow you to remove the item yourself. We strongly advise you plan in advance if you need assistance unloading your items.
You can upgrade from curbside delivery to front door/garage delivery. If the delivery location is commercial, the shipping carrier will drop off your item in the storefront or lobby. If the delivery location is residential, the shipping carrier will drop off your item at the front door or inside the garage. These guidelines are set by the shipping carriers themselves, not by Game Room Shop.
The most convenient delivery service you can request is White Glove Service. With this, the shipping carrier will unload your item from the truck and deliver it to a specific room in your home or business.
Not all shipping companies offer this service. Therefore, if you want White Glove Service, you must select the option at checkout so we can assign your shipment to a company that can accommodate.
The exact cost of White Glove Service varies based on accessibility of the delivery location. For example, if you live in a remote area or if there are difficult-to-navigate stairs or corridors at your delivery location, the shipping carrier may charge a higher fee. Please let us know in advance if this applies to you, and we will confirm prices before shipment.
Please note: This service does not typically include professional assembly or debris removal.
Delivery on most of our items does not include set up. (Please note: The manufacturer of Imperial Pool Tables does require mandatory professional setup.) If you order professional setup and installation through a freight shipment company, it can cost more than $1,000. That isn’t fair to our customers. So if you want this extra service, we recommend you save money by hiring a local installer near you and negotiating their rate.
A lift gate is a device used to load and unload items from ground level to the level of a tractor trailer.
By default, orders do NOT automatically include a lift gate and are curbside only. If you require a liftgate to unload your order upon delivery, please choose the option during checkout. An additional charge will apply. Some larger items (like larger shuffleboard models) do not fit on a liftgate. They may require special assistance to unload at the delivery address. We will let you know in advance if you need to plan for this.
No. Some products and manufactures do not quality for any discount codes or free shipping. (Including but not limited to Titan/Osaki massage chairs).
We strive to make these select exemptions clear. If the system mistakenly accepts a discount code on an excluded item, we will e-mail you with a correction. We reserve the right to void the coupon and process your order at the correct price.
