Vision Billiards Warranty Details:

  • Warranty coverage: Vision Billiards products are covered by a continuous product warranty against defects in material or workmanship upon initial receipt. This warranty applies to all billiard table types including Russian Pyramid, American Pool, English Pool, Snooker, and Carom tables.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, mechanical misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters. Cloth, pockets, and rubber cushions are not covered. The warranty is void if the product is sold through a non-authorized dealer or not installed and serviced in accordance with Vision Billiards' guidelines.
  • Damage reporting: All defects or damage must be documented within 24 hours of receipt of the table. Any damage observed at delivery must be noted on the delivery bill and supported with photos before the driver departs. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods.
  • Remedies: Vision Billiards will repair or replace any part of a billiard table found to have a defect in manufacture or delivery, provided the defect is reported with supporting documentation and photographic evidence.
  • Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from Vision Billiards or an authorized dealer.
