    • Brunswick warrants that its cloth will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation. Friction marks on the cloth occur naturally over time with regular play and are therefore not covered by the terms of this Warranty. Brunswick warrants that its Centennial Cloth shall maintain reasonable stain resistance for one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner. A stain is considered unreasonable if the liquid includes any traces of grease or if it is left on the cloth 20 minutes or longer.

      Shipping

      Orders are processed the same day they are received. Standard orders typically ship within 1-7 business days. Made-to-order items and custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer.Ā Lead and delivery times vary by manufacturer.       Most large items and game room tables ā€“ including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, bubble hockey, and poker tables ā€“ ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damage.

      Pick a Delivery Method

      By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways.Ā If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility. The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

      Free Curbside Delivery:Ā $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time)Ā 

      We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself.Ā The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion.Ā We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

      If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

      *Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

      Curbside Liftgate Delivery:Ā $89

      You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after byĀ clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

      Front Door/Garage Delivery:Ā $174

      The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside.Ā 

      Inside Delivery (Room of Choice):Ā $499+

      With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

      White Glove Delivery:Ā $800+Ā 

      In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

      Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

      For all services, the following exceptions will incur an additional fee:

      Schedule Delivery Date

      As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.Ā 

      You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time ā€“ we highly recommend that you do ā€“ please let us know immediately.Ā

      Delivery

      Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT)

      You must write eitherĀ ā€œdamageā€Ā orĀ ā€œPossible concealed damage, pending inspection"Ā before signing & accepting delivery.Ā Ā If this or any of the steps below are missed, you will no longer have any recourse for replacement or refunds.       1. Confirm the number of boxes listed on the delivery receipt matches the number delivered and all are free damage
      2. Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.
      3. Take 2+ images ofĀ all concerns (box and item)Ā prior to accepting/refusing delivery
      4. Do NOT Throw Box Away until youā€™re 100% confident no damage is present.
      5. Do NOT dispose of the damage item until we advise you may do so.
      6. Report any damage with images to support@gameroomshop.com ASAP, within 5 calendar days of delivery.

        Cancellations & Returns

        Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or entersĀ production.

        BeforeĀ shipment:Ā You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from time of purchase. After, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item (of equal or greater value) to avoid this 3% fee.
        After shipment:Ā You will receive a refund for the price of your orderĀ (minusĀ cancellation fees)Ā once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary.
        You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts:Ā If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer ā€“ not Game Room Shop ā€“ is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
        You received the wrong item: Please send us an email with images ASAP, within 5 business days. We are an online retailer and will work with our vendor to resolve (at cost of party at fault) and send you the correct item.         You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item:Ā The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees) .         The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:

        In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.

        Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

        Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide Californians with a clear and reasonable warning about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

        The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.

Friction marks on the cloth occur naturally over time with regular play and are therefore not covered by the terms of this Warranty. Brunswick warrants that its Centennial Cloth shall maintain reasonable stain resistance for one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner. A stain is considered unreasonable if the liquid includes any traces of grease or if it is left on the cloth 20 minutes or longer.

            Shipping

            Orders are processed the same day they are received. Standard orders typically ship within 1-7 business days. Made-to-order items and custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer.Ā Lead and delivery times vary by manufacturer. Any delivery time frames listed are just estimates and not guaranteed.

            Most large items and game room tables ā€“ including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, bubble hockey, and poker tables ā€“ ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damage.

            Pick a Delivery Method

            By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways.Ā If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility. The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

            Free Curbside Delivery:Ā $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time)Ā 

            We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself.Ā The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion.Ā We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

            If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

            *Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

            Curbside Liftgate Delivery:Ā $89

            You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after byĀ clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

            Front Door/Garage Delivery:Ā $174

            The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside.Ā 

            Inside Delivery (Room of Choice):Ā $499+

            With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

            White Glove Delivery:Ā $800+Ā 

            In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

            Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

            For all services, the following exceptions will incur an additional fee:

            • Stairs
            • Unconventional Entrance (Window, Basement, Bilco)
            • Destination 100+ feet from your doorway
            • Request to schedule on a weekend or holiday
            • "Remote" Location (rugged mountain roads, islands, resorts, rural locales, or highly congested areas.)
            • Delivery outside the contiguous United States

            Be sure to inform us when you place your order if you think any of these exceptions apply to you, and we'll walk you through your options and pricing.

            If you already placed your order, we will request your approval of any additional charges before proceeding.

            Schedule Delivery Date

            As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.Ā 

            You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time ā€“ we highly recommend that you do ā€“ please let us know immediately.Ā 

            Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information.Ā 

            The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window.Ā 

            Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it.Ā But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop.

            Delivery

            Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT)

            You must write eitherĀ ā€œdamageā€Ā orĀ ā€œPossible concealed damage, pending inspection"Ā before signing & accepting delivery.Ā Ā If this or any of the steps below are missed, you will no longer have any recourse for replacement or refunds. (No exceptions).Ā  Please follow the exact instructions in this policy for your protection:

            1. Confirm the number of boxes listed on the delivery receipt matches the number delivered and all are free damage
            2. Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.
            3. Take 2+ images ofĀ all concerns (box and item)Ā prior to accepting/refusing delivery
            4. Do NOT Throw Box Away until youā€™re 100% confident no damage is present.
            5. Do NOT dispose of the damage item until we advise you may do so.
            6. Report any damage with images to support@gameroomshop.com ASAP, within 5 calendar days of delivery.

              Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?

              Boxes in with minor visible damage?

              Cancellations & Returns

              Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or entersĀ production.

              BeforeĀ shipment:Ā You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from time of purchase. After, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item (of equal or greater value) to avoid this 3% fee.
              After shipment:Ā You will receive a refund for the price of your orderĀ (minusĀ cancellation fees)Ā once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary.
              You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts:Ā If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer ā€“ not Game Room Shop ā€“ is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
              You received the wrong item: Please send us an email with images ASAP, within 5 business days. We are an online retailer and will work with our vendor to resolve (at cost of party at fault) and send you the correct item. While Game Room Shop and our vendors are not obligated to offer any monetary compensation,Ā this may or may not be offered to you to keep the wrong item (decision to be made at the vendorā€™s discretion).
              You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item:Ā The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees) . You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
              You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it:Ā If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:

              California Proposition 65 Warning
              The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65) Explained:

              In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative became the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65.

              Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

              Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide Californians with a clear and reasonable warning about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

              The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), also evaluates all currently available scientific information on substances considered for placement on the Proposition 65 list.

              What this means to you:
              While the proposition was created to protect drinking water sources from chemical contamination, the scope of the law has expanded over the years. It now includes over 900 chemicals and also pertains to (but is not limited to) exposure through touch, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact.

              The Proposition 65 warning can now be found on products that may contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant.
