Back Heating System

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro has the most advanced back heating system. The roller itself will heat up acting like hot stones massaging at the same time. Body Scan Technology

The OS-Pro Maestro will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.

The ottoman will scan your legs to ensure the optimal leg length for your height. The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards. Simply apply pressure with your feet to indicated to the leg scanner that length is at the desired position. remote also allows for one to auto adjust the leg component to either extend or retract to the user’s personal needs.

  1. Demo This program is used to help demonstrate the basic massages the chair has to offer.

Manual Modes 

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro massage chair comes with manual modes so you can pinpoint a desired massage for a specific area on your back. The Maestro can perform Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, and Rolling with 4 different Characteristics/Modes per massage style. You can either pinpoint a specific spot on your back for the massage or massage by sections of the body. Focus can be places on shoulders, arms, lower back or even the calves. As well the chair offers specific custom settings for Neck/Shoulder, Lower back, and Air massage.

 

Multiple Airbags

There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. The Maestro offers a total of 32 airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and the calf areas. This compression massage helps to continue increasing blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.

 

Spinning Reflexology Rollers  

Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hands on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the blood flow of the legs, helping them to reach a higher level of relaxation.

 

All New Calf, Bridge, Knee & Heel Massage

On the upper section of the leg rest, the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage.  For the foot portion addition components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot. The experience is like no other.

Zero Gravity position

Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for ultimate relaxation. When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. Bluetooth Technology

The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro is equipped with Bluetooth technology and an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience. This allows you to listen to your favorite music on Osaki’s highest grade of audio speakers located in the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music, and then gradually increasing to a desired level. The blue light on the speakers will indicate if the speakers have synced with your device.

 

Slim LCD remote control

The Slim LCD remote control is very simple to use. There are 4 simple buttons on the bottom of the remote to adjust recline, incline, auto, and home. The touch screen makes it easy to select the massage of choice and adjust any other settings necessary. You can use the buttons to navigate through the menu to select either Neck/Shoulder, Lower Back, Auto, Manual, Advance, or Air Massage. The massage timer can be set from 5-minute adjustments starting from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.  


iPhone & Android App

If you have an iPhone or Android or tablet, go to the app store to download the APP. From the convenience of your device the APP allows for you to operate chair with all the full features of the remote.

On the side of the inner armrest you can access Power, Play/Pause, Auto, Zero Gravity, and 4D adjustment. You can even charge your device using the available USB outlet while using your phone or tablet.

Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (for a limited time) 

We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

Note: If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense. 

Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $89

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

Front Door/Garage Delivery: $174

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

White Glove Delivery: $500+ 

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice. If the delivery address is difficult to access, if there is more than one flight of stairs, or if another obstacle presents itself, additional charges may apply. 

Note: White Glove Delivery may/may not include set up. This depends on the item purchased. Please contact us for a quote.

Schedule Delivery Date

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

Additional charges may apply if the delivery location is determined to be inaccessible or difficult to access for the large freight truck. We recommend you discuss any foreseen obstacles with the freight company ahead of delivery. 

Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it. But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop

Inspect Before Accept 

Do not sign for delivery until you have given a thorough visual inspection of the package. If the box has holes or tears, take a photo and note it on the bill when you sign. 

The driver MUST note any damage on the "bill of lading" before you sign for it. Otherwise, there is no proof that the damage occurred during shipping and the freight company is released from all responsibility. 

If you notice damage to the item after you open the box, contact us at 240-244-6642.

 

Delivery

It is vital that someone is present to inspect the order for damage or missing parts BEFORE CONFIRMING DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Confirm packageis in good condition upon arrival and that the number of boxes on the delivery bill match the number of boxes you received. If you notice any damages or suspect the item within the delivery box may be damaged, note this on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, insurance cannot be filed and refunds/replacements cannot be made.

If you sign the delivery receipt and later notice damage to the package or item itself, you will no longer have any recourse for replacement or refunds. In the unlikely event for damage during delivery, please follow the following steps to to protect yourself:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, follow these exact instructions:

1) REFUSE DELIVERY.
2) Note any damage (rips, holes, crushed cardboard) to the package on the delivery bill.
3) Note any missing items.
4) Take photographs of all sides of the box as proof of damage.
5) Send the photos to support@gameroomshop.com so we can process an insurance claim/replacement.

If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, you will be liable for all true freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 25% restocking fee.

If the box/package looks OK but you feel the item within may be damaged, follow these exact instructions:

1) Note "possible concealed damage" on the delivery bill.
2) ACCEPT DELIVERY.
3) Inspect your item upon unpackaging.
4) If it is indeed damaged, take pictures of the box (all sides) and the item itself. (Insurance/manufacturers require photographs of both the box and the product.)
Do not dispose of the damaged item until the manufacturer or Game Room Shop provides further instructions.
5) DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY. (The original box and packaging must be returned in order to process a refund or a replacement order. No exceptions will be made.)
6) Report damage to support@gameroomushop.com within five calendar days of delivery.

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

Front Door/Garage Delivery: $174

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or in your garage. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

White Glove Delivery: $500+ 

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice. If the delivery address is difficult to access, if there is more than one flight of stairs, or if another obstacle presents itself, additional charges may apply. 

Note: White Glove Delivery may/may not include set up. This depends on the item purchased. Please contact us for a quote.

Schedule Delivery Date

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

Additional charges may apply if the delivery location is determined to be inaccessible or difficult to access for the large freight truck. We recommend you discuss any foreseen obstacles with the freight company ahead of delivery. 

Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it. But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop

Inspect Before Accept 

Do not sign for delivery until you have given a thorough visual inspection of the package. If the box has holes or tears, take a photo and note it on the bill when you sign. 

The driver MUST note any damage on the "bill of lading" before you sign for it. Otherwise, there is no proof that the damage occurred during shipping and the freight company is released from all responsibility. 

If you notice damage to the item after you open the box, contact us at 240-244-6642.

 

Delivery

It is vital that someone is present to inspect the order for damage or missing parts BEFORE CONFIRMING DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Confirm packageis in good condition upon arrival and that the number of boxes on the delivery bill match the number of boxes you received. If you notice any damages or suspect the item within the delivery box may be damaged, note this on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, insurance cannot be filed and refunds/replacements cannot be made.

If you sign the delivery receipt and later notice damage to the package or item itself, you will no longer have any recourse for replacement or refunds. In the unlikely event for damage during delivery, please follow the following steps to to protect yourself:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, follow these exact instructions:

1) REFUSE DELIVERY.
2) Note any damage (rips, holes, crushed cardboard) to the package on the delivery bill.
3) Note any missing items.
4) Take photographs of all sides of the box as proof of damage.
5) Send the photos to support@gameroomshop.com so we can process an insurance claim/replacement.

If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, you will be liable for all true freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 25% restocking fee.

If the box/package looks OK but you feel the item within may be damaged, follow these exact instructions:

1) Note "possible concealed damage" on the delivery bill.
2) ACCEPT DELIVERY.
3) Inspect your item upon unpackaging.
4) If it is indeed damaged, take pictures of the box (all sides) and the item itself. (Insurance/manufacturers require photographs of both the box and the product.)
Do not dispose of the damaged item until the manufacturer or Game Room Shop provides further instructions.
5) DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY. (The original box and packaging must be returned in order to process a refund or a replacement order. No exceptions will be made.)
6) Report damage to support@gameroomushop.com within five calendar days of delivery. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest-quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us.

If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you. Depending on the manufacturer of your game room item purchased, returns may not be available.
