Arcade Collection Conversion Kit

The Arcade Collection Conversion Kit is designed for customers who already own an eligible Home Edition cabinet.

Instead of replacing your existing machine, the conversion kit allows you to transform a compatible Home Edition into an Arcade Collection featuring some of Incredible Technologies' most popular arcade titles.

The Arcade Collection includes:

  • Silver Strike Bowling
  • PowerPutt Golf
  • Target Toss Pro: Bags & Lawn Darts

This gives eligible Home Edition owners the opportunity to have a new Golden Tee PGA TOUR cabinet while giving their existing cabinet an entirely new purpose as an Arcade Collection machine.

Compatibility: The conversion kit is intended for qualifying existing Home Edition cabinets, including compatible Golden Tee, Silver Strike Bowling, PowerPutt Golf, and other supported Showpiece cabinets.

Important: The Golden Tee PGA TOUR Showpiece PRO is not an Arcade Collection Conversion Kit-compatible cabinet. The conversion kit upgrades an existing eligible Home Edition cabinet; it does not convert the new Showpiece PRO.

Online Play & Subscription Details

Take your Golden Tee experience online with optional subscription access, unlocking additional game modes, courses, tournaments, exclusive content, and other online features.

Whether you subscribe or not, you can enjoy the core Golden Tee PGA TOUR gameplay. Please note that golfer clothing, equipment, and other features from GT LIVE do not transfer to the new GT PGA TOUR platform.

TV Requirements

A TV/display is not included with either the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Clubhouse Deluxe or Showpiece PRO.

The Golden Tee PGA TOUR game requires a 4K TV. You can choose the screen size that best fits your space and setup.

Important Product Notes

  • 4K TV required: A 4K TV is required for Golden Tee PGA TOUR gameplay. TV is not included.
  • Arcade Collection compatibility: The conversion kit is for existing eligible Home Edition cabinets and is not designed to convert the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Showpiece PRO.
  • State restrictions: AZ, NJ, SD, LA, and AK are not eligible for prize play.
  • Trackball update: Due to supply chain adjustments, translucent trackballs are currently being used. They have been rigorously tested to maintain the same performance and feel.

SHIPPING

The standard shipping method for most game tables is freight. The processes for freight delivery are different than UPS/FedEx deliveries. Please familiarize yourself with the details of freight delivery below:

Order Processing & Delivery

NOTE: Lead and delivery times vary by vendor as your order will ship directly from their factory. Any time frames listed are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Processing: Orders are processed on the same day they are received. We will relay lead-time updates via email.

Shipping Times: Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after processing.

Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days.

Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will place a backorder and notify you as soon as it’s ready to ship.

Picking a Delivery Method

By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility. The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time) 

We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

*Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $159 per shipment

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

Front Door/Garage Delivery: $267 per shipment

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or to your garage door. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

Inside Delivery (Room of Choice):  Contact us for a quote

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

Professional Installation: Contact us for a quote

Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

For all delivery methods, the following exceptions will incur an additional fee:

  • Stairs
  • Unconventional Entrance (Window, Basement, Bilco)
  • Destination 100+ feet from your doorway
  • Request to schedule on a weekend or holiday
  • "Remote" Location (rugged mountain roads, islands, resorts, rural locales,  construction sites, or highly congested areas.)
  • Delivery outside the contiguous United States 

Be sure to inform us when you place your order if you think any of these exceptions apply to you, and we'll walk you through your options and pricing.

All shipping rates are per shipment. Additional costs will apply if your order contains multiple items shipping from from different vendors.

For products exceeding 85 inches in length, take advantage of the convenience offered by our available shipping upgrades.When selecting delivery upgrade methods like Liftgate Service or Front Door / Garage Delivery, kindly ensure the presence of 2 to 3 individuals to assist the freight courier in unloading the item from the truck.

Schedule Delivery Date

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it. But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop. 

What to Do When Your Item Is Delivered 

Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT). Check For:

  1. Exterior damage: Damage to the packaging
  2. Concealed damage: Damage to the item itself
  3. Order Accuracy: Make sure the item received is the exact item you ordered and that all parts are included.

Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Open the package & inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.

Delivery Scenarios & Actions To Take

  1. Boxes in Good Shape Without Any Signs of Damage:

    • Action: ACCEPT DELIVERY.
    • Procedure: Take clear photos of the undamaged boxes as evidence. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.

  2. Boxes with Visible Damage:

    • If Product Appears Okay or Has Minor Damage:
      • Action: ACCEPT DELIVERY.
      • Procedure: Take detailed photos of both the damaged boxes and the product. Write "Damage," noting specific concerns before signing.
    • If Product Appears Beyond Repair:
      • Action: REFUSE DELIVERY.*
      • Procedure: Do not sign without first taking comprehensive photos of the damaged boxes and product.

  3. Boxes & Product Severely Damaged:

    • Action: REFUSE DELIVERY.*
    • Procedure: Open the boxes, inspect the product, and thoroughly document the extent of damage with photos before refusing delivery.

*Valley-Dynamo, Tornado, Champion, Connelly, and JOOLA require the customer to always ACCEPT DELIVERY to further inspect damage & determine if replacement or return is needed.

Notes:

  • If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, cancellation fees will apply.
  • If damage is minor, we may send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production. (Excluding Final Sale Brands.)
 
Before shipment: You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from either time of purchase or the original lead time notice e-mail from us, if applicable. (Note: Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on production and vendor’s discretion). After 48 hours, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item to avoid this 3% fee. 

Made to Order Items: You may request to cancel any time before the item goes into production (excluding Final Sale Brands). Once production on a custom item begins, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS. It’s essential that you confirm all order details (size, color, dimensions, etc) before placing your order.

 

After Shipment: 

You will receive a refund for the price of your order (minus cancellation fees) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary. 
 
You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Game Room Shop – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees). You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
  • You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued, (minus cancellation fees).
