Back Pad Pillow

Controlling the intesity of the back massage has always been an abstacle of most chair, especially chair with the L track technology. Most L track chairs are deep tissue without the ability to reduce the intensity. The engineers at at Titan have developed a simple but genius way to reduce the itensity for those looking for a milder massage, without having to sacrifice the benefits of the L track massage.

The head pillow folds open and transforms into a full back pad, reducing it to a medium intensity. Simply unfold by separating the velcro that keeps the pillow folded. Gently separate and let the pillow drape down to a full size back pad as shown on the right.

L-Track Massage Technology

As the roller system massages into the neck area, it continue through to the lower back and then proceeds to massage the glutes and to the top of the hamstrings. The L shaped track has a total range of 50” with a maximum height of 6”4’ and max weight capacity of 235 lbs.

Computer Body Scanning System

When activating the chair it will initiate a computer body scan that will roll from top to bottom, to measure the key areas of the back and to measure your height. This allows for the chair to deliver a highly effective massage with a consistent pressure throughout course of the pre-set program. Before the body scan starts it is recommended that you comfortably position yourself where your back is completely pressed against the backrest for an accurate reading.

Dual Action Foot Rollers

Located at the bottom of the foot massager are 2 different types of Massage enhancements. The 1st is a roller that spins with bumps on the outer part of the wheel, to mimmick the the feel of thumbs pressing on to bridge or balls of the feet. The 2nd action is the forward and back motion, where the rounded points move front and back scraping the bridge and heels of the feet. With the airbag compression, you are getting 3 different types of massage at one time. The speed of the rollers can be adjusted to 3 different speeds.

2 Stage Zero Gravity

Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage, aligning your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage. There are 2 stages of zero gravity, the 2nd being more reclined, to where your legs are higher than your heart level.

New Ergonomic Straight Arm Massage Design

Simply slide your arms and hands into the side panel cavity. With the unibody upper body construction, the arms massager will stay in the same position, regardless if you recline or raise the backrest. The straight arm position allows you to fully relax the arms, allowing you to freely drop the arms to your side in a very natural manner.

This Remote control has been thoughtfully designed to fit in the palm of a hand, easy to hold and operate but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The easy to see LCD screen displays what part of the chair’s features are activated and where the massage heads are located. It indicates the remaining time of the massage with the intensity meter of the airbags and speed of the massage heads.

28 Airbag Massage

The Titan Apha is equipped with a total of 28 airbags. The number of airbags in most cases will date the chair. The newest models have reduced the total number of airbags and have increased the coverage. The more individual airbags there are, the more working parts it requires and valves. The airbags are made of the latest type of material, allowing for the airbags to contour the body with an even distribution on pressure.

Lumbar Heated Back Pad

On each side of the lower lumbar area are individual heating pads. The heat therapy is a great compliment to the back massage. Heating the body’s temperature is known increase blood circulation and loosen tense muscles. The heating pad is not intended to exceed more than 30 minutes of usage per day.

Space Saving Technology

Orders are processed the same day they are received. Standard orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Made-to-order items and custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer. Lead and delivery times vary by manufacturer. Any delivery time frames listed are just estimates and not guaranteed.

Most large items and game room tables – including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, bubble hockey, and poker tables – ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damage.

Picking a Delivery Method

By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility. The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time)

We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $159 per shipment

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

Front Door/Garage Delivery: $267 per shipment

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or to your garage door. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside.

Inside Delivery (Room of Choice): Price varies per product

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

White Glove Delivery: Price varies per product

In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.

You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. What to Do When Your Item Is Delivered

Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT). Check For:

Order Accuracy: Make sure the item received is the exact item you ordered and that all parts are included.

Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Open the package & inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.

Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?
ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.
Boxes in with visible damage?
If the product itself appears to be ok (or if minor damage can be repaired or just needs a replacement part)...ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "Damage," and note any specific holes, tears, dents, or concerns before signing.
If the product itself appears damaged beyond repair or replacement part(s)...REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.
Boxes & product severely damage?
Open the boxes & inspect the product. Take pictures as evidence.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production. (Excluding Final Sale Brands.)

Before shipment: You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from either time of purchase or the original lead time notice e-mail from us, if applicable. (Note: Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on production and vendor’s discretion). After 48 hours, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item to avoid this 3% fee.

Made to Order Items: You may request to cancel any time before the item goes into production (excluding Final Sale Brands). Once production on a custom item begins, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS. It’s essential that you confirm all order details (size, color, dimensions, etc) before placing your order.

After Shipment:

You will receive a refund for the price of your order (minus cancellation fees) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary.

You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Game Room Shop – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees). You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.

You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:

The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.
